Laundry Design
Over the past 17 years we have designed laundries for hundreds of customers, ranging from small common laundry rooms in apartment buildings to On Premise Laundries (OPL) in motels, hospitals and nursing homes.
We offer a complete service from concept stage through to commissioning and include such things as proposed layout, architectural drawings, 3D renditions and assistance with all council applications. We assist you with health department requirements, trade waste, and compliance with building codes that apply to your laundry.
Working with our experienced tradesmen, we can provide anything from a single machine to a complete turn-key operation.
Laundry Staff Training
Laundry staff have to know about machines and how to operate them correctly. They also need to know about laundering processes, the correct procedures used with different fabrics, the removal of soiling, health standards and OH&S. We train your staff upon commissioning of all machinery. Additional training or training of new staff can be arranged either at your laundry or at our premises in Castle Hill.

Should you have any enquiry, we will respond to your call immediately. Our phones are manned night and day should an emergency arise. We attend any urgent calls as soon as practical and all other service calls within 24 hours. Whatever your enquiry about your laundry, we are always there to assist you.

Accreditation (Health Care)
All OPL machines are pre-programmed to suit your facility’s requirements, with programmes that incorporate correct thermal settings and chemical supply needs, as specified by your chemical supplier. Our ability to load and download programmes to and from machines via laptop computer, allows us to set and monitor machine performance and assist you with meeting accreditation standards.
Preventative Maintenance Contracts
Commercial Laundry Appliances have Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA’s) to take the worry out of costly repairs and loss of productivity. Our PMA’s are designed to your individual needs and will save you many dollars over the life of the machines.
Parts Inventory
Every product we sell is backed up by a comprehensive parts inventory located at Castle Hill. We can deliver parts anywhere in NSW or ACT either overnight or within 24 hours. We have parts for UNIMAC, SPEED QUEEN, HUEBSCH to suit all models of washers and dryers up to 25 years old.
