Laundry Staff Training
Laundry staff have to know about machines and how to operate them correctly. They also need to know about laundering processes, the correct procedures used with different fabrics, the removal of soiling, health standards and OH&S. We train your staff upon commissioning of all machinery. Additional training or training of new staff can be arranged either at your laundry or at our premises in Castle Hill.
Commissioning of Laundry
How your new laundry will integrate with the services of the Hotel Motel or Restaurant began in the initial design phase. Once installed, we train your staff and implement work practices so that the new laundry will perform exactly as you imagined.
Technical Support
We offer online or telephone assistance should you or a service technician have difficulties with anything from computer programming to changing a water valve. Our service department can send to you via e-mail, service manuals, wiring diagrams, parts manuals and diagnostic procedures within minutes of a request, at no cost. Our service department is able to provide further assistance by phone to country service agents/contractors and if need be, we will travel anywhere within NSW and ACT to resolve a problem with a minimum of inconvenience to our customer.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts
Commercial Laundry Appliances have Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA’s) to take the worry out of costly repairs and loss of productivity. Our PMA’s are designed to your individual needs and will save you many dollars over the life of the machines.
Service Personnel Training Schools
Our Staff together with our recognized service agents regularly attend service schools to ensure that they have the latest technical knowledge so that they can best assist you. The management of CLA is firmly committed to supporting our staff in the improvement of their knowledge. This commitment extends to supporting staff in TAFE courses and gaining Industry Qualifications. The better trained our staff then the better service you receive.

Parts Inventory
Every product we sell is backed up by a comprehensive parts inventory located at Castle Hill. We can deliver parts anywhere in NSW or ACT either overnight or within 24 hours. We have parts for UNIMAC, SPEED QUEEN, HUEBSCH to suit all models of washers and dryers up to 25 years old.
